So my mom has has this horrible cough for about a year and her normal doctor keeps telling her it is from acid reflex but it just keeps getting worse. So last night and today she could not breath at all and looked grey. She went in today and saw a different doctor and he was very concerned about how her lungs sounded. He put her on strict rest..she is not to leave the house at all for a week. She is supposed to limit her talking and do very little activity...he also put her on a high powers steroid and gave her a inhaler with a steroid. Hopefully this will help.
Her feeling this way really hit me hard this afternoon...just less than 2 years ago I lost my grandma to complications from lung problems. I can not imagine my life with out my mom..she is my rock....so hopefully she will get better and they can figure out what caused this and we can prevent it from happening again
